The system admin landing page at /admin that summarizes tenants, subscriptions, revenue, failed payments, usage anomalies and operational failures across the platform.
The operations dashboard is the landing page of the admin area at /admin. It gives system administrators a live, cross-organization view of platform health and a queue of items that may need action.
Open it from Admin > Dashboard in the sidebar. The admin area is only available to users whose system role grants system.admin.access; other users are redirected to the app home. Locally, the seeded test@example.com user holds the System Admin role.
The dashboard reads existing operational data at request time and caches it for a few minutes. It does not store incidents, keep historical analytics or send notifications. For trends over time, use Analytics.
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Active organizations | Enabled platform tenants. Disabled organizations are excluded. |
| Active subscriptions | Subscriptions with the status active or past due. |
| MRR | Catalog recurring revenue from active and past due subscriptions. |
| Failed payments | Subscription invoices that are overdue or uncollectible. |
| Usage anomalies | Current-period overages, failed Stripe usage syncs and usage spikes. |
| Operational failures | Failures from agents, workflows, webhooks, integrations and deliveries in the last 24 hours. |
MRR uses the recurring catalog price of each subscription. Annual prices are divided by twelve, and each currency is kept separate. Trials, canceled or paused subscriptions, usage overages and quote-only Enterprise amounts are not included.
The plan distribution chart groups enabled organizations by their effective plan: Starter, Pro, Business or Enterprise. An organization without a paid subscription counts toward Starter.
This panel lists the latest user profiles created in the last 30 days. When nobody signed up in that window, it shows "No recent signups".
The attention queue merges payment, usage and operational signals into one list, newest first. Each item shows the organization, a short description, the time it happened and a severity of Warning or Critical.
| Signal | Source |
|---|---|
| Payment needs attention | A subscription invoice that is overdue or uncollectible. |
| Usage limit exceeded | A meter over its included quantity in the current period. |
| Stripe usage sync failed | Usage that could not be reported to Stripe. |
| Unusual usage spike | A material 24-hour spike against the prior seven-day baseline. |
| Workflow run failed | A failed workflow run. |
| Agent run needs attention | An AI agent run that failed. |
| Stripe webhook failed | A Stripe webhook event that failed processing. |
| Integration installation error | An integration installation in an error state. |
| Calendar integration error | A calendar connection in an error state. |
| Channel connection is unhealthy | An inbox channel that reports an unhealthy connection. |
| Channel delivery failed | An outbound inbox message that failed to deliver. |
| Channel webhook job failed | An inbound channel webhook job that failed. |
| Email delivery failed | A transactional email that bounced or failed. |
A payment item is Critical when the invoice is uncollectible or the subscription is unpaid, and Warning otherwise. Usage and operational items carry the severity the platform assigns to that signal. When there is nothing to act on, the queue shows "Nothing needs attention".
Select an item to open the admin page that owns it:
/admin/subscriptions/{orgSlug}, where you can review open invoices and refresh billing from Stripe. See Billing./admin/workflows/{workflowId}/runs/{runId}. See Workflows./admin/integrations/{integrationSlug}. See Integrations. If the dashboard fails to load, it shows "Operations dashboard is unavailable" with a Try again button.
| Key | Effect |
|---|---|
system.admin.access | Opens the admin area, including the operations dashboard. |
The built-in System Admin and System Support roles both include system.admin.access. See Roles and permissions.
