How system administrators review and change organization subscriptions, manage subscription invoices, download invoice PDFs and refresh billing from Stripe under /admin/subscriptions and /admin/invoices.
Admin billing covers the subscriptions organizations pay for the platform itself. It lives under Admin > Finance:

These are platform subscription invoices from Stripe, not the invoices organizations send to their own customers. Tenant invoicing is described in Invoices. The Stripe application fee taken on customer invoice payments is set in Platform settings.
Active, Trialing, Past due, Unpaid, Paused, Incomplete, Incomplete expired, Canceled and No subscription.
Draft, Open, Paid, Uncollectible, Void, Upcoming and Deleted.
Stripe owns subscriptions, invoices and payment methods. CentraKit keeps a local copy that Stripe webhooks update. Refresh from Stripe re-reads the latest state when the local copy looks stale.
The Subscriptions page starts with summary cards for organizations, active subscriptions, monthly recurring revenue and open invoices. The table shows Organization, Plan, Status, Monthly / MRR, Period end and Open invoices. Search with Search organizations… and filter with Filters.
Open a row to see the organization's billing detail:
/admin/subscriptions/{orgSlug}.Changes use Stripe's standard proration and may immediately create an adjustment invoice.
Select Cancel at period end and confirm to schedule a cancellation at the end of the current billing period. While a cancellation is scheduled, select Undo cancellation to keep the subscription active.
The Invoices page lists Invoice, Organization, Plan, Status, Due, Paid, Remaining, Issued and Due date. Search with Search invoices or organizations…. The row menu offers Open invoice, View hosted invoice and Download PDF.
The invoice detail page shows identifiers (local invoice ID, Stripe invoice ID, Stripe subscription ID and organization ID), amounts, lifecycle dates and the subscription context. For an invoice with the status Open, you can:

Download PDF calls the API route below, which checks system.billing.view and then redirects to the Stripe invoice PDF.
