How system administrators search platform-wide audit events, inspect event details, reveal restricted fields and export events as CSV under /admin/audit-log.
The admin audit log at /admin/audit-log shows audit events from every organization and from the platform itself. Open it from Admin > Platform > Audit log.

Organization users with organization.audit-log.view see their own organization's events at /{orgSlug}/audit-log. See Audit log. How events are captured and stored is described in Audit logs architecture.
Each event records:
organization-usage-periods.updated.Denied attempts are logged too. For example, a user without system.users.manage who tries to invite a user produces a denied event.
The list shows Timestamp, Event, Actor, Target, Organization, Category and Source / outcome, newest first. Search with Search events and targets… and narrow the list with Filters:
The row menu offers View details, Open affected resource, View related events, Filter by actor, Filter by event type, Copy event ID and Copy request ID.
The detail page at /admin/audit-log/{eventId} shows:
Some fields, such as IP address, session ID and user agent, are hidden by default. Select Reveal restricted details to show them. Revealing requires system.audit-log.reveal, and the reveal itself is recorded as an audit event.
system.audit-log.reveal.The export runs as a background workflow. Its status moves through Pending, Running and Completed, or ends as Failed. Completed exports later show Expired. Select Refresh to update the list, then Download export to get a CSV file. The download link is short-lived, and a completed export expires after 24 hours.

System Admin has all three audit log keys. System Support has system.audit-log.view only.
