Feature flags has a route at /admin/feature-flags and a sidebar entry under Admin > Platform > Feature Flags.
Not yet available: the page shows "Feature flags coming soon" with the note "Manage platform feature flags and rollouts here." There is no flag storage, rollout control or per-organization override behind it yet.
