Use this after shipping Cache Components / Functions changes. Do not invent cost or caching recommendations from a code-only grep — follow vercel-optimize (collect-signals → gate → investigate).

Checklist

CDN / PPR — sample vercel metrics grouped by cache_result, ppr_state, and service for SaaS hub routes. Rising blocking / unexpected BYPASS on authenticated shells is a regression signal (see cdn-caching).
Functions — compare duration and CPU by service for apps/saas/app/api/ai/** (now maxDuration = 300) and the API service's minute cron /api/v1/internal/channel-webhook-jobs.
Crons — confirm Sentry Cron monitors receive check-ins from App Router handlers (Sentry.withMonitor in each cron route; automaticVercelMonitors is off for App Router).
Instant nav — e2e uses a production build with EXPOSE_TESTING_API=1 (see instant-nav.rig.md).

Record findings in the PR or ops runbook; only change platform memory/region/Fluid settings when metrics justify it.
